Lots of different Activities are organised for you to join in if you wish:

Swimming, fishing, boules tournaments, bar skittles, darts, dancing evenings, and, nearby, tennis and horseriding.

From the La Ripole campsite, many visits and outings are possible: you can see the Caves at Villars, the Castles at Puyguilhem, Bourdeilles, and Montbrun, Brantôme «the Green Venice of the Périgord» with its belltower, the oldest in France, and the Village of St Jean de Côle ranked as one of «the most Beautiful Villages in France».

Moving further afield, the rich and varied cultural heritage of the area will lead you towards Périgueux, Limoges or Angoulême.

The area abounds with local bars and restaurants, specialising in the famous Périgord cuisine, and you will also discover nearby markets, local tradecrafts, and the summer festival events.
